• Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by the postal services in Australia or countries we ship to. Australian customers have insurance options available as an added extra at checkout. For a few dollars, we urge you to add insurance. International shipping options do not include insurance unless stated but in most cases can be arranged if requested.
  • If you have entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and your order has been shipped, we are not liable for loss or damage to your parcel. We are unable to put a stop/hold or alter addresses on shipments once shipped via Aust Post. In some cases, we can make changes to orders sent by DHL Express or other courier. In all cases, contact us asap and we will do our best to help. If we are unable to change the shipping details, you should contact your local postal service in an effort to get your order redirected to your new address. If you cannot arrange redirection, in most cases your order will be returned to sender, however this can take up to a month. Once received and the product is deemed undamaged we will either refund (minus original shipping cost) or send it back out at the customers expense.
  • We will strive to check all products for defects or faults before shipping. However, we cannot test products that come in factory sealed packaging or products that require setup (eg. Atomizers) for faults. In this case, a visible check for defects will be carried out.
  •  For anyone purchasing advanced devices like Mechanical Mods or Rebuildable Atomizers, we will assume you have the required knowledge to setup, use and maintain theses devices and are also aware of the dangers in doing so incorrectly. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect or misuse of products we sell.
  • We will offer a warranty on faulty products unless stated in the product description, however we are open to discuss any issues as they arise and will do our best to reach a positive outcome. We will not offer any warranty for products found to be damaged by user error. Consumables (ie, wick, wire and eliquids) are not covered by our warranty.
  • We will offer a partial/ full refund or exchange/store credit minus original shipping cost if within 14 days of receipt:
    1. You have ordered incorrectly (if returned unused/undamaged and in original packaging);
    2. Our product does not meet your expectation (if returned unused/undamaged and in original packaging);
    3. Product is found to be damaged or faulty out of the box (excluding user/shipping company error/damage)
  • Please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt if wish to apply for a warranty or return claim. Please state the order number, your name and address. We we reply with instructions on how to proceed.
  • In all cases above, we will require the products to be shipped back to us (customer expense) to allow us to assess the issue before we issue any refund or replacement. If a fault is found, we will cover the return shipping. If no fault is found, return shipping is at the customers expense.
  • If we send you an incorrect product as per your order, we will be slightly embarrassed however we will make sure to get the correct product out to you at our expense including return shipping of the incorrect product.
  • It is not our job to keep up with International Laws regarding the importation of electronic cigarette products and any import charges/taxes associated with them. If you are ordering from us, we assume you know the laws in your country and accept responsibility if there is issues with customs, seizure and/or additional fees. We will not be liable in these cases and will not offer a refund if your order is seized by customs however we will assist in anyway possible.   • We will strive to have spare parts (eg. O-rings, etc) on hand and have requested that all manufacturers send us a small amount to enable us to provide timely support. If upgraded parts become available for products, we will either offer them for free or for sale depending on how we are offered them from the manufacturer.
